Climate Ready Councils

All local government councils in Victoria are required to develop a Council Plan after a general election, to be valid for four years. The Council Plan must include the strategic direction of Council, strategic objectives, strategic actions, and strategic indicators, to guide the work of council and ensure it is undertaken in a cohesive manner. This report explores how councils in the CVGA region addressed climate change in development of their new Council Plans.

Loddon Mallee Renewable Energy Roadmap

The Victorian Renewable Energy Roadmaps were released by the State Government on 21 May 2020, including the Loddon Mallee Roadmap prepared by CVGA.
