Participating Victorian Councils are establishing a buying group for large businesses to purchase renewable electricity:
  • to access more competitive offers
  • to lower transaction costs by sharing advisory services
  • to reduce the risk in the transition to a renewable energy supply

The Business Renewables Buying Group provides education and support for medium to large electricity consumers to transition to renewable electricity. The program also provides facilitation for businesses to procure renewable electricity as part of a group and benefit from increased scale. Victorian businesses interested in mapping their transition to renewable energy and better understanding their electricity choices are invited to the free webinar.
