Charing the Regions 4- EV Infrastructure Procurement

The shift to electric vehicles (EVs) is gaining momentum across Australia, and regional Victoria is getting ready to plug in.
Charging the Regions 4 is the latest stage of a collaborative project delivering a network of public EV charging stations throughout central and northern Victoria — helping to make cleaner, low-emission travel a reality for residents, businesses, and visitors.

About the Project
Charging the Regions is a multi-stage program led by the Central Victorian Greenhouse Alliance (CVGA) in partnership with local councils, regional alliances, and industry partners. Stage 4 builds on the success of earlier stages, which have already delivered dozens of fast and destination chargers across the region.

Charging the Region 4 builds on the work of Charging the Regions 3 and will undertake a Request for Expressions of Interest process to identify suitably qualified parties and gauge their interest, capability, and capacity to support the development and operation of EV charging infrastructure on council land across the region.
