Governance and Strategy

The Central Victorian Greenhouse Alliance is an Incorporated Association and was established in 2000.

The Board

The CVGA is governed by a board of directors comprised of senior council staff and councillors from each of the member councils. The board gives oversight to the organisations governance, finances and strategic direction. The board meets quarterly and is supported by a number of subcommittees such as an Advocacy committee and a Finance and Audit committee.
